If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, subject to verification and approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by the seller or delivery partner.
