(8) Wecares Platform Rights

suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

restrict access to the platform when needed for security or maintenance.

(9) Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

Wecares shall not be liable for indirect losses, business losses, or damages resulting from platform use.

Products and services provided by sellers remain under the seller’s responsibility.

(10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
